SHIPPING & DELIVERY

One you place a purchase on the website we will collect your items from our inventory and make sure that we provide adequate protection depending on the product/s that you have purchased as it is our top priority for the products to be received by you in the same condition they left us!

All purchases from the website (except for card breaks) will be shipped in 1-3 business days as we deal with a high volume or orders and breaks each week but will strive to have your order packed and posted as fast as possible.

Please allow 2-14 days for Australia post to deliver your parcel after it has been posted as they deal with a high volume of mail and we can not do anything to speed up that process unfortunately!

HOW CARD BREAKS POSTAGE WORKS

Postage for all card breaks is FREE but does work a little bit different to other purchases from the store. We currently post out completed card breaks on a weekly basic, our current week runs from a Sunday - Saturday and then is usually posted on the Monday or the latest Tuesday morning. We do this so that you can enter as little or as many breaks within the week as you would like and allows us to keep posted free as we don’t need to send out each individual break separately!

If you wish to have your cards shipped express or purchase any extra cover please get into contact with us before that Saturday 12pm sharp as after that time we start to organise the post!

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS 

If you are unfortunate enough to end up having a parcel go missing or the parcel arrive's damaged, please feel free to lodge a complaint through Australia Post as that will be the fastest and easiest way to resolve the issue as freight and delivery services have there own insurance and will be able to rectify the problem. We don't take any responsibility for how Australia post handle and transport items as we do everything we can to protect the items. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

If you wish to return a item within 30 days of receiving it please feel free to get into contact with us and we will see if you are eligible for a refund as there are lots of things we cant accept returns or provide refunds on such as card breaks, opened products ect but please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to review your request and get back to you!
