DECLARED VALUE

The Declared value is what you estimate the card to be worth after grading has been completed. I understand this can be hard to estimate as you don’t know what grade the card will receive but what you can do is search up similar cards using 130 Point or Ebay (Recently Sold) to get a accurate estimate of your card. This is Important as PSA can decline grading the card if they believe it is worth more then what you declare the estimate value to be. This declared Value is used for insurance purposes incase something happens to your card on the way back from PSA.

GRADING A CARD YOU GOT IN A BREAK WITH US

If you wish to get a card graded that we pulled for you in a break it needs to be submitted on here before it is sent out to you. We send out postage weekly and a normal postage week runs from SUNDAY - FRIDAY.

POSTAGE

Postage to Hit N Miss Card Breaks & Collectables and then back to you is not included in the price. All shipments will be sent back to you by tracked postage with up to $100 Cover. If you wish to purchase extra cover please get in contact with me so I can send you an invoice. Please note that extra cover costs + $2.50 For every $100 you want to add onto the cover.

ESTIMATED TURN AROUND TIME

The estimated turn around time for this service is approximately 55-65 Days. This time starts once the card/s are received by PSA in the USA.

WHEN ARE SUBMISSIONS SENT OFF BY ME TO PSA

I will send off submissions on a monthly schedule on the 1st of each month just as this is a new service introduced to our business. The latest you can submit a card to be graded is 2 days before the start of a new month if you received it in a break or 7 days before the start of a new month if you are sending it from your possession. If there is a very high demand for cards to get graded we may look at sending submissions off every 2 weeks.

POSTING CARDS TO ME TO GET GRADED

You MUST submit through the website and pay first before sending any cards out to me to be graded. This is very important as if you just send cards out without submitting and paying through the website first you will be contacted and charged a handling fee.
